This is a very special benefit show for my big brother Sho Nuph. Sho's impact on Seattle's music goes deep... from Untranslated Prescription days, (he helped build Tribal Music with Vitamin D), to being a member of and really a mentor for my first group, 500 Years, to just being a bridge between Seattle's Hip Hop and Electronic scenes... i've known Sho Nuph not only as a friend, a big brother and a mentor... but as an emcee, DJ, breakdancer, graffiti artist, drummer... the man lives and breathes Hip Hop culture.
Last summer Shomari experienced "End Stage Renal Failure" which means both of his kidneys stopped working. Sho is uninsured and needs a transplant. It’s really expensive. He needs our help. Many of Seattle’s best HipHop and Electronic artists are coming together to put on a classic show to save our friends life. It doesn’t get any bigger than this. Come party it up all for SHO!
