ONE MILLION DEEP

Tehran earlier today... At least one million people flooded the streets in the biggest protest Iran has seen since the 1979 Iranian Revolution. Despite a horribly brutal police force, and in protests that have been banned by the government, an overwhelming majority of people took to the streets saying "where is my vote?" I can only be inspired and pray for my peoples and their families out there. In this digital age Twitter has played a huge role in keeping people connected in Iran... i've talked a lot of shit about Twitter in the past but they get serious cool points for this. I just wanted to take a minute to spread some love to all my peoples affected by what's going on in Iran, and to pass on some links for a better perspective on what's going on from the ground. Stay informed, make noise, and don't let these type of injustices go unnoticed. Whether it's Iran, Peru, Palestine, the Phillipines, Mexico, Haiti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, or whatever hood you rep... we in this together, your beef is mine.
